Hayward Europe's 2026 European Sales Meeting was held from 24 to 26 June near Madrid, under the motto: "Aligned to win, focused to grow".

Hayward Europe held its 2026 European Sales Meeting from 24 to 26 June in El Escorial, near Madrid. In this iconic setting, the manufacturer's European sales teams came together for three days to share strategic priorities, strengthen internal cohesion and prepare the next stages in the company's commercial development.
Under the motto "Aligned to win, focused to grow", this 2026 edition reaffirmed Hayward's ambition to continue its growth in the pool market, building on performance, innovation and a long-term vision. Alongside the sales teams, colleagues from customer service, logistics, finance, marketing, product management and engineering also took part in the event, providing a cross-functional approach to the challenges of the coming season.
The programme focused on preparing the 2027 campaign, presenting new products and upcoming innovations, and aligning shared objectives for the 2026-2027 season.
A team-building session was also organised around El Escorial, combining team cohesion with cultural discovery. Participants were able to enjoy the site's architectural heritage and natural surroundings during a shared moment designed to strengthen ties between the European teams.

The 2026 Hayward Awards recognise team commitment
The event was also marked by the 2026 Hayward Awards ceremony, which recognised several employees for their performance and commitment within the organisation.

- Best Business Development DSM: Javier Lozano
- Best DTM: Julien Pisaneschi
- Leadership & Transformation Award: Alice Lemaitre

Through this European meeting, Hayward Europe aimed to strengthen its collective spirit and growth momentum, while preparing its teams for the next commercial challenges in the pool market.
