The Italian firm A. Di Arcobaleno has fitted the heated "G. Nannini" pool by Lungarno Moro in Bellariva (Florence) with a telescopic cover using the new high performance ENERGY PLUS profiles.
This is an innovative system, with a 240 mm profile, which allows the manufacture of covers more than 30 metres wide whilst still complying with the regulations and standards in force.
The cover is supported and, like all the firm's models, the supporting structure is made from aluminium. The walls are polycarbonate; twinwall for the roof and transparent for the sides.
On the ground, the modules slide on non-warping wheels, while guides ensure even movement at the wall level.
The structure is solid, but also light and easy to manoeuvre: it opens and closes with ease.
