Founded in the late-1960s, family-owned Austrian company Praher has stuck to its original philosophy of becoming the market leader in technology and sustainability through the development and continuing refinement of innovative products.

Today, the Praher Group consists of 8 subsidiaries around the globe with 315 employees, and maintains trade relations in 123 countries with a range of 19,000 different products.

In 2001, the company decided to separate sales operations from production, and since 2005 the new sales division Peraqua has been responsible for all sales activities for products in the swimming pool area (40% of total turnover).  

Wolfgang Irndorfer, general manager of Peraqua, has developed the product range together with parent company Praher to offer a “complete solution from one supplier”.
