ELIZABETH, NJ (July 25, 2016) — Hayward Industries, Inc., a leading global manufacturer and marketer of residential and commercial pool equipment, has announced it has acquired Kripsol Group, headquartered in Yuncos, Spain.

Founded in 1988 in Madrid, Spain, Kripsol markets its products around the world under the Kripsol and Fiberpool brands. Kripsol manufactures a broad line of products including pumps, filters, ladders, lights, salt chlorinators, and controls.
Miguel Garcia Sánchez, General Manager of Kripsol, expressed his enthusiasm for the transaction, "This will provide a positive transformation for our company and employees. Kripsol will continue to operate as a separate entity.
