Being the longest-running and most well-established water leisure industry awards, the annual British Pool & Hot Tub Awards is crucial in promoting the pool and hot tub industry to the trade and, more importantly, to a broad consumer audience. Celebrating the best construction, design, installation, retail, hire, service and innovation and making waves for the water leisure industry in the UK and overseas. 

The 2023 British Pool & Hot Tub Awards ceremony will be celebrated at the Industry Gala Evening on Tuesday, 31 January, during SPATEX

Consisting of the SPATA (Swimming Pool and Allied Trades Association) and the BISHTA (British and Irish Spa and Hot Tub Association) Awards, judging comes directly from industry experts who anonymously judge based on each entry's quality and aesthetics and that they meet industry standards. They are open to each of the respective trade associations' members, and as every member agrees to work to the industry standards and abide by the Code of Ethics set out by each of the trade associations, winning a British Pool & Hot Tub Awards is the highest accolade of the UK water leisure industry. 

Coverage of the British Pool & Hot Tub Awards for award-winners (both locally and nationally) is gaining momentum year on year with the British Pool & Hot Tub Awards run for the benefit of promoting and celebrating the excellence of SPATA and BISHTA members (nationwide and overseas), endorsing companies who strive for the best!

Entering also opens the door to Europe!  - Award-winning companies are eligible to be shortlisted for the European Pool & Spa Awards hosted by EUSA (European Union of Swimming Pool and Spa Associations). Winning these awards shines a spotlight on the UK winners raising their profiles in the UK and across Europe.

The awards ceremony is hosted at the most significant water leisure social event of the year, the Industry Gala Evening. The black-tie event is jam-packed; guests booking seats on the night will enjoy; a champagne reception, a three-course meal, a chance to network with industry peers, live entertainment, a photo booth, raffle entry, and an evening that concludes with music from the resident DJ keeping guests dancing into the early hours. 

Bringing the industry together, the Gala Evening takes place each year on the first evening during SPATEX at the Coventry Building Society Arena. SPATEX, the pool, spa and wellness show, is the country's largest showcase of new products and innovations under one roof but is so much more than just an Exhibition. Held from Tuesday 31 January to Thursday 2 February 2023 at the Coventry Building Society Arena, this event is the only place in the UK where you can see over 1,000 people from the water leisure industry under one roof.
