The Belgian Federation of Pool and Wellness Professionals (FBP) has announced the election of its new President, Bavo Nachtergaele, CEO of Willy Naessens Swimming Pools. 

Collaboration, innovation and quality at the heart of the Federation's priorities

Bavo Nachtergaele succeeds Joeri Dils (T&A Group), whom the Federation would like to thank warmly for his many years of dedicated service as President. Mr Nachtergaele will be supported by Jean-Marc Jacob (Tahiti Piscines) and Steffert Vanneste (Bluedrops), who have been appointed Vice-Chairmen, to guide the Federation towards new horizons.

Under his leadership, the BPF is committed to strengthening its role within the sector, with a focus on collaboration and innovation. 'We would like to extend our warmest thanks to our members for their support and confidence,' says Bavo Nachtergaele. 'We are already hard at work to better represent industry professionals and pursue important initiatives for the Federation.'

Bavo Nachtergaele explains the priorities of this new mandate: 'We want to obtain greater recognition for the profession from the public authorities, strengthen exchanges between professionals, and better inform consumers'. He also highlights the importance of developing the FBP's quality label, which guarantees clear standards for pool professionals.

With determined leadership, the new President of the FBP concludes: 'We look forward to working with all the players in the sector to achieve these objectives and raise the profile of our profession.'
