Once again this year, Piscine Global 2024, which will be held from 19 to 22 November 2024 at Lyon-Eurexpo in Halls 4, 5 and 6, aims to meet the challenges facing the pool and wellness sector by offering a comprehensive platform for innovation, training, networking and education.

A platform for innovation, training, networking and education

The themes and new features of the show :

  • Water management: a reflection with the stakeholders of the sector on alternative solutions to preserve this resource following various periods of drought.
  • Sustainable development: the challenge is to optimise water and energy consumption and manage waste (pool renovation and maintenance).
  • Employment and training: numerous challenges in terms of recruitment and upskilling in the sectors of home automation, digital technologies, sustainable development, and new sales techniques.

NEW in 2024: visitors will have access to job offers on a dedicated digital terminal at the Pool Campus.

  • Renovation: the major theme of 2024, for private, public and collective pools. How can we meet the economic and environmental challenges of renovation with pools that may date back several decades?
  • Digitalisation: pool and home automation, communication.
  • Several themes at the  Trends Hub:
    • Exhibitors' new products (Pool Showcase)
    • The winning innovations of the Pool Innovation Awards will also be presented at the Trends Hub along a dedicated visitors' path. They will be distinguished during the awards ceremony at the fair on Tuesday 19 November from 2 pm to 2.45 pm at the Trends Hub. This year, and for the first time, a Public Prize will be awarded (on 6 November), based on the votes of visitors to the fair (voting via the fair's mobile app)!
  • Also NEW in 2024: The Startup Village! This will be the venue for meetings and discussions with new players in the sector who are investing their efforts in today's energy, environmental and digital transitions.
  • Various CSR measures will be taken during the organisation of the fair: professionals will be invited to commit to and develop responsible practices during the fair by signing the Responsible Visitor's Charter.

Through this charter, they undertake to apply best practices during the fair: limit the filling and heating of pools, limit the quantity of waste, and propose responsible communication and catering. The team of organisers will also strive to reduce the fair's carbon footprint by promoting environmental innovation and sustainable development in the organisation process.

Throughout Piscine Global 2024, the EuroSpaPoolNews Pool Studio will also host various players from the pool sector for interviews. On the agenda for these interviews: new products and innovations, as well as company news and objectives.
