On October 8 and 9, SCP Europe brought together 48 partner manufacturers and more than 180 employees from across Europe at the Rungis International Market. This iconic distribution and logistics venue hosted a new edition of Skill Power Days, focused on innovation and experience sharing.

Innovation, training and team spirit at the heart of Skill Power Days 2025

On the agenda: presentation of 2026 innovations and new products, training on these new products, and information sharing between manufacturers and sales teams, to prepare for the upcoming season. The participants were able to deepen their technical knowledge of the products and services offered by the suppliers in attendance.

The 2025 Skills Power Days also recognized excellence in employee engagement through awards:

• Best Sales Center Awards, presented to the Braga, Lisbon, and Rodez branches.
• Best Supplier Awards presented to Haogenplast.

Finally, employee loyalty was also honored with the Seniority Awards, for those who have been in the company for over 10 years.

SCP looks forward to welcoming back its suppliers to the same venue in October 2026 for another, equally dynamic edition of the Skills Power Days!
