Irripiscine announces the appointment of Naty López as Managing Director of the Group, a strategic governance move aimed at consolidating the network's leadership in France and supporting its international development.
An experienced executive with an international profile to support network growth
This appointment marks a new stage in Irripiscine's growth trajectory. The network has specialised for more than 35 years in solutions for swimming pools, spas, irrigation and outdoor wellness equipment. The decision comes at a demanding time for the market, in which the Group intends to sustainably strengthen value creation for its franchise stores and partners.
Aged 49, Naty López holds degrees in economics and international trade, as well as in marketing, and an MBA specialising in operational unit management. She has more than thirty years' experience in the swimming pool and water treatment sector, gained within leading international groups such as Fluidra, Kinetico and BWT.
Before joining Irripiscine, she served as Managing Director and CEO of BWT Pool. In this role, she oversaw a group of more than eighteen B2B manufacturing and distribution companies based in Europe, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, China and Hong Kong. She played an active role in acquisition strategies, product range development and the Group's international expansion.
Having joined Irripiscine in 2025 to lead the network's international development, Naty López's appointment as Managing Director reflects the continuity of this commitment and her in-depth understanding of the sector's challenges.
"In a demanding market environment, our network has demonstrated its resilience. This new organisation will enable us to strengthen our fundamentals, support our stores and pursue long-term European expansion. Naty López's background, particularly at international level, brings us a clear vision of our challenges and the growth levers for the years ahead," says Yves Allibert, President of the Irripiscine Group, who remains fully engaged in his role.
In her new responsibilities, Naty López will rely on the Group's teams, both at head office and in the field, to support network performance and create the conditions for controlled development in France and internationally.
With this governance evolution, Irripiscine confirms its intention to structure its long-term growth around a proven franchise model, recognised expertise and a strategy focused on innovation, quality of service and solutions that are more efficient in terms of water and energy use.
