Philippe Weber has joined Hayward^® as Western Europe Sales Director, with responsibility for France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

With more than 25 years of experience in international leadership roles, particularly within multinational companies, he has held several strategic positions in product development, marketing, sales management and general management, both in France and abroad. He brings expertise in innovation, distribution and international development.
