The spa market is moving towards smarter, more energy-efficient equipment with better remote monitoring. This is the positioning of Swedish company Zavepower, which specialises in digital solutions for connected spas.
Already present through resellers in several European countries, the company is continuing its international development and reports growing interest from industry players in the United States.

Digital tools for a more proactive spa service

Zavepower's approach is based on one objective: helping spa professionals move from a reactive service model to more proactive support. Its solutions make it possible to monitor the operation of installed spas, optimise their energy consumption, track certain water parameters and facilitate remote diagnostics.

Zavepower notably offers SpaPilotTM, a smart system dedicated to energy optimisation, monitoring and remote diagnostics, as well as EWATM (Easy Water Analysis), an inline water monitoring solution that measures pH, ORP and temperature directly in the circulation flow.

The company has also developed SpaLink RemoteTM, a platform designed for dealers and service companies. This enables them to monitor equipment in real time, identify abnormal behaviour, receive early warnings, carry out remote diagnostics and intervene sooner, before certain faults are noticed by the end user.

"Our goal is to modernise the spa industry. Today, many dealers still work reactively and wait until the customer reports a problem. We want to give the industry tools to work smarter, more proactively and provide a higher level of service," explains Jens Hall, founder of Zavepower.

With this approach, Zavepower aims to support the growing adoption of more connected and service-oriented solutions in the spa sector.
