It is from this shift that XLeisure takes shape - the trade fair for leisure professionals, the event that from 10 to 12 February 2027 will bring the entire contemporary leisure supply chain to BolognaFiere.

In 2027, XLeisure once again positions itself as the hub where the many dimensions of leisure meet and take centre stage, bringing together under one roof the 18th edition of ForumPiscine and the 28th edition of ForumClub.
These two long-standing events have, over time, helped define standards, language and development paths within their respective sectors.

ForumPiscine - the International Pool & Spa Expo - is the leading event in Italy for the entire swimming pool sector, involving manufacturers, distributors, designers, facility operators and industry professionals. Its exhibition offering is complemented by an extensive programme addressing the sector's most pressing challenges, from technology and management to new models of sustainability and facility use.

An even more strategic role at a time when the Italian swimming pool market is set to change the rules of the game with the adoption of the Health and Safety Bill for Swimming Pools. The new regulatory framework will be extensively examined at ForumPiscine 2027, providing operators looking to enter or strengthen their presence in the Italian market with all the essential updates and tools needed to navigate the new scenario.

Alongside ForumPiscine, ForumClub is Italy's leading B2B event dedicated to fitness, wellness and sport professionals: for almost thirty years, it has provided managers, entrepreneurs and staff from clubs and sports facilities with a place to discover the market's most advanced innovations and engage with some of the most authoritative international experts through a high-level conference programme.

For three days, BolognaFiere will become an international hub connecting companies, professionals, designers, operators and buyers from Italy and abroad. The exhibition area will offer a comprehensive overview of technologies, products and services for fitness clubs, sports centres, public and private pools, spas, hotels, resorts and wellness facilities.
From energy efficiency to intelligent sports facility management systems, from technologies for fitness and aquatic activities to software, access control, furnishings and innovative materials, XLeisure showcases the most advanced trajectories of a market in transition - one in which innovation and sustainability are no longer separate fields, but integrated drivers reshaping the way spaces dedicated to wellbeing and leisure are designed and managed. In this context, leisure confirms itself as a single, constantly evolving universe driven by the quality of the experience it delivers.

The return of the experiential areas has already been confirmed in a renewed and updated format. Architect Alberto Apostoli will design the outdoor wellness area, creating an exclusive project that invites a rethink of how these spaces are conceived and experienced. The collaboration with AIAPP (Italian Association of Landscape Architecture) continues as well, featuring an installation curated by landscape architect Simone Ottonello; it offers a contemporary interpretation of the dialogue between the four natural elements--Fire, Air, Earth, and Water--and the landscape. This project explores the relationship between nature and contemporary design, placing balance, materiality, and conviviality at the heart of the experience. Rounding out the program are live shows, which in recent years have helped transform the Salone into a true laboratory for ideas and experimentation.

In 2027, XLeisure will further consolidate its growth and once again be held alongside OUTEX - Outdoor Experience, the format dedicated to modern outdoor living. Outex acts as the bridge connecting increasingly adjacent worlds: on the one hand, the universe of water, sport and wellness; on the other, the world of hospitality, open-air spaces, wellness environments, social spaces, convivial outdoor cooking and urban regeneration projects.
