Last year, for its 20th anniversary, T&A decided to invest in the upgrading of its industrial processes by acquiring a new generation, automated and high-performance production line capable of manufacturing a cover slat in less than 12 seconds!
The result is a delivery time reduced by 25%, thanks to the introduction of ultrasonic plug welding technology.

The latter permits instant welding of the cap of the slat without drying time and, above all, without visible traces.
With more than 3,450 covers manufactured in 2017 and fully controlled production time, T&A is recognized by professionals for the quality of its products, the reliability of its motors and electronic boards.
 

The manufacturer is pursuing its path, energised by a strategy focused on constant innovation. "Even further, even higher, could be our motto, as we are so focused on the technologies of the future, whether it be in production, in manufacturing processes, or in product options", says Joeri DILS, Head of the company.

The Premium Clean Profile is the latest heating polycarbonate slat from the manufacturer, with an opaque, light-insulated connecting chamber.

This is a revolution in cover slats that considerably reduces the growth of algae in this chamber.

The maintenance of the cover is significantly reduced for the professional in charge of the pool, or the owner if he maintains the pool himself.

This new slat has already been very successful, with more than 800 swimming pools having been equipped in 2017.
