This device offers the comfort of swimming at home at any time of the day according to the user's age, physical condition and level. Its manufacturer, EVA Optic, has even developed a complete training programme for swimmers. It consists of sprints, endurance and rest intervals and also increases the duration and intensity of the effort. Special programmes enable each user to improve their physical condition and endurance.
To complete the experience and to enable both day and night-time swimming, underwater EVA LEDs guide the swimmer during their sessions, with changing colours to facilitate the exercise and motivate them.
With the EVA Experience web application, swimmers can manage their training sessions and control the EVAstream by setting the swim speed and duration of the session. It can also be controlled via the EVA piezo control unit in the pool. In this case, simply press the upper button to start the training session (or to take a break later), and press the two lower buttons to increase or reduce swimming intensity.
