Today, the Group brings together 85 employees and distributes its products in over 50 countries, supported by a robust infrastructure of 24,000 m² of storage space and 21 loading bays, ensuring smooth logistics even during peak season. Customer experience remains at the heart of the company's strategy, with a fully digital Pro Space -- a professional platform providing real-time access to catalogues, stock levels, order tracking, after-sales service and advanced features such as thermal and photovoltaic assessments.

At Piscina & Wellness Barcelona 2025, Poolstar will present a series of new products illustrating its vision of a smarter, more autonomous and sustainable pool, as well as renewed approaches to home wellness.

The Poolex technical room centralises filtration, water treatment and heating. Fully connected and remotely controllable via the Poolex app, it has been designed to simplify pool management. This connectivity allows both homeowners and professionals to monitor and control their equipment remotely. Integrated into the Group's after-sales service, the Poolex Cloud provides automated and predictive management, with alerts, diagnostics and remote maintenance, ensuring lasting and optimised performance.

Another key innovation is ApolloHub, which makes the technical room energy self-sufficient thanks to solar power. Presented exclusively at the show, it will be available in All-in-One and Plug & Play versions.

In the same drive for simplification and compactness, Poolstar is also unveiling the latest edition of the Poolican, the all-in-one compact technical room.

For pool professionals, a QualiPV36 certification course is included, enabling them to become certified photovoltaic installers with complete expertise.

Continuing this approach, Poolstar is also presenting a new edition of the Poolican, an intelligent all-in-one technical room designed specifically for mini pools.

As a specialist in technical equipment, Poolex brings all its know-how to meet the needs of the pool market. A long-standing expert in heat pump technology, Poolex offers a complete range (from 3 kW to 100 kW) and will showcase several new models in preview:

• Nano New, the compact and connected heat pump for small pools.
• Airline 360, with or without EVI technology, combining R290 refrigerant, Full Inverter operation (SCOP > 7, Class A) and 360° ventilation.
• Jet City 4 kW, the dedicated solution for mini pools, with integrated EVI technology.

For water treatment, Poolstar introduces a new generation of salt electrolysers. Alongside the flagship Aqualyser, the new Modulyser and Neolyser models represent the future of intelligent water treatment: elegant and compact design, touchscreen control, operation via the Poolex app, OTA updates and cloud connectivity. These units, covered by a 5-year warranty, combine precision, ease of use and durability.

In the wellness segment, Poolstar also presents its new direction with the latest innovations from its brands France Sauna, Holl's and Netspa. The Group is modernising its iconic models, launching a new range of indoor and outdoor saunas, and expanding into cold therapy with Netspa ice baths, which can vary from 2°C to 40°C to offer a complete hot/cold recovery experience.

Finally, when it comes to spa heating, the Group draws on its heat pump expertise to extend its Spawer range, designed for spas and offering up to 75% energy savings. Among them, the O'Spa Flow stands out as the first spa heat pump integrating a filtration pump, ensuring a constant and optimal flow rate while combining energy efficiency, thermal comfort and compact design.
