The 2nd User Conference of the Wellness branch was held last 14 October in Stuttgart. This discussion forum, which proved to be a real success, was organized by the company Lux Elements and gathered 65 of its customers, originating from 30 countries on all continents.
The participants have, among others, exchanged their points of view on the significance of standards and rules in various countries. The discussions also emphasized the need for setting up an international, common and accurate definition of the “Spa» qualification, in order to harmonize the wellbeing sector.
In order to go further, industrialists from all fields of expertise met again in November to try and agree on the establishment of international criteria and standards, not only in terms of legislation but also in terms of construction techniques and sanitary rules.
