The company EGT Aqua, which is part of the EGT Partners Group, has transferred its wooden pool and accessories commercialisation division to Gré, a subsidiary of the Fluidra Group.

This acquisition is part of the strategic plan defined several months ago and will allow Fluidra to extend its pool product range with the addition of wooden swimming pools of the Sunbay brand for distribution on the French and international markets.
Gré has signed an exclusive agreement with Piveteau Bois, one of the leading French manufacturers for pool production.
This strengthens Fluidra's position on the French market.
