On the 31st of January 2019, the European Commission confirmed the acquisition of AQUATRON by BWT Group, Europe's leading water technology company.

In addition to AQUATRON's existing pool robot range, BWT will launch three new BWT-branded lines of electrical pool cleaners for its worldwide partners in the pool business.
