The spas company's After Sales team expands with 4 new recruits in May 2021

Tim Scott joins Superior Wellness as After Sales Manager and is managing the team of technical support advisors, customer service advisors and technicians. The team support with technical enquires, sending replacement parts to rectify customers issues and if required can provide engineer assistance with spas' end users.  Tim has over 20 years experience in the automotive retail network including Jaguar Land Rover where he was Head of After Sales. 

Tim Stringer joins Superior Wellness - that has just launched their new Platinum Spas website - as PHP Developer and is working with the company to improve their CRM and their automation processes amongst other projects. Tim has a wealth of experience in Laravel based systems and API Integrations and has worked client and agency side.

George Sghendo joins the spas company - that has just launched a new exclusive hot tub and swim spa range - as Customer Service Advisor. George speaks fluent French to help their international partners in After Sales (previously called the warranty department).
Lauren Raybould also joins the company as a Customer Service Advisor as the After Sales team expands.
