Continuing its growth dynamic, T&A, a major player in the pool cover market, has just acquired the Aquacover company based in Andenne, Belgium.

Aquacover was founded in 1994 and is managed by Frederic Poty and his wife. Over the years, the company has established itself as a technical and reliable player in the automatic pool cover market. A specialist in custom-made covers for private and public pools, Aquacover benefits from relevant know-how and strong common values with T&A in terms of manufacturing quality, innovation and customer service.
This acquisition reinforces T&A's growth strategy, in particular by increasing its presence in Wallonia via the Andenne production site, but also in France and Switzerland where Aquacover has built up a strong network of dealers.
