TSPH (The Swimming Pool Hub), a Belgian family-owned group specialising in high-end one-piece pools, has announced the acquisition of the French premium pool manufacturer Aboral Piscines. The acquisition includes three production sites located in Saint-Jean-d'Illac (Gironde) and Simandre (Burgundy), reinforcing TSPH's position as a European market leader in high-quality one-piece pool manufacturing.

A European growth strategy for the one-piece pool specialist

TSPH brings together the pool-related operations of the de Troostembergh family, which already includes LPW Pools (vinyl ester one-piece pools) and Flexline (custom-made polypropylene pools). With more than 60 years of experience, the group is active across the Benelux, Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

With this acquisition, TSPH now brings together three major brands in the one-piece pool sector, operating over a total surface area of 20,000 m² and employing more than 100 people across three sites (two in France, one in Belgium).

Under the joint leadership of Guillaume de Troostembergh and Edmond de Fabribeckers, the group benefits from cutting-edge industrial facilities and offers a complete range of one-piece pools made of polyester, vinyl ester, and polypropylene. The goal is to expand the European distribution network significantly, starting with 50 new points of sale in France, followed by 30 to 40 multi-brand sales outlets in Germany.

Pierre-Antoine Gasciolli, former Sales Director of Aboral Piscines, becomes Managing Director and joins the TSPH shareholding structure. Anaïs Gasciolli will also play a key role in the group's development and customer relationship management.
