Placing human relations at the heart of its business and aiming to continuously improve its managerial practices, Warmpac has chosen to submit itself to the assessment of the world reference in terms of employee experience: Great Place To Work®.

Warmpac recognised for its managerial practices

Its entire staff have thus been requested to fill in an anonymous questionnaire, covering 5 aspects of the employee experience: credibility, respect, the equity that forms a trusting relationship between staff and managers, pride and conviviality. 

On 7 July 2022, Warmpac received its Great Place To Work certification, to the first organisation in Vitrolles to be awarded GPTW in all categories.  

Warmpac is thus officially recognised as a good place to work, where staff trust their management, where they take pride in what they do, and where they appreciate the persons they work with.  

To follow this, the company has also entered the competition to try to obtain a podium position in the Best Work Places awards. To be continued...  

With the new goals set by Warmpac, new recruitment was essential. Thus, in September the specialist in technical and connectible pool equipment welcomed three new salespersons and three work-study students in logistics, sales and marketing.  

Warmpac soon to be a certified training centre 

The specialist in technical and connectible pool equipment is in the certification process to become a training organisation.  

Every year, Warmpac organises around fifteen visio training sessions at its head office in Vitrolles, or on its customer's premises. These training sessions last between a half day and a full day and cover 4 themes among the company's expertise: 

  • Heat pumps for pools 
  • Water treatment devices 
  • Pools domotics and automation 
  • Filter pumps.  

Professionals will continue to receive training for the various technologies and features of Warmpac products, but also for installation, maintenance and wintering. They will participate in various technical workshops.
