Nextpool Group strengthens its business in Portugal by the acquisition of Safeswim, a Soprefa division - manufacturer of automatic covers for private swimming pools. 

Strengthened presence in the swimming pool safety cover market in Portugal and Spain

Located in Santa Maria da Feira (Porto area), Soprefa specializes in the design, manufacturing and sale of automatic covers for private swimming pools. Its clients are mainly professional distributors, store networks and independent pool installers in Portugal (75% of the revenue) as well as abroad (especially in France and Spain). 
"NextPool Group already generates EUR3 M sales in Portugal. The Portuguese market has demonstrated its strong resilience in 2023 and forecasts should remain sound." Lastly, this deal will provide new means for development and innovation."
