CF group Benelux, recognised market leader in the swimming pool and wellness sector, today announces a major change in management. Alain Servais, who has worked for the company for 37 years, including 25 years at the helm, will hand over to Gil Galle in 2024

Under the leadership of Alain Servais, CF group Benelux (formerly known as LMP Pool Parts) has undergone a remarkable evolution from a modest family business to a major reference in the sector. His strategic vision and leadership skills have been instrumental in cementing the company's reputation as a market leader in the pool and wellness sector

"37 years ago, I was lucky enough to join a small company with 4 employees (LMP) that wanted to enter a niche market. At that time, there were no distributors in Belgium and the few swimming pool specialists had to buy their equipment outside our borders", remembers Alain Servais. « Although I never thought I would spend most of my career in this sector, the virus quickly proved me wrong: I quickly became passionate about it and a few years later I was able to take over the management of the company. Thank you to the work of many people, we have succeeded in building a company that has become a benchmark in this field. I would like to thank them all for their contribution to this success. I would also like to thank all our loyal customers (some of whom have been with us for three generations) and all our suppliers. There are still many challenges ahead, but I am convinced that Gil Galle will be able to take this company, which is now part of a large international group, forward."

To ensure a smooth transition and maintain continuity, Alain Servais will remain with the company during a transition period and provide important support to his successor.

Gil Galle, currently Operations & Product Manager at CF group Benelux, will take over after more than 16 years with the company. Known for his exemplary career, motivation and commitment to the company, Gil Galle brings a deep knowledge of the sector and an unwavering dedication to CF group Benelux. "First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has placed their trust in me by leaving me in charge of the company," says Gil Galle. "My first goal as the new Managing Director will be to ensure that CF group Benelux flourishes, making full use of all available resources. The company's commitment to business customers will be my top priority. By working with Smartchim, Poolquip and Ocea, we will be closely connected to our customers, accompanying them in all areas of expertise and being an important, responsive and reliable partner! My challenge will be to gain further market share together with my team."
