Superior Wellness, a manufacturer and distributor of hot tubs and wellness products, is experiencing strong growth. In order to expand its global position, the company has just acquired the Portuguese company Portcril, renowned in the spa market.

A strategic acquisition in Superior Wellness's time of ambitious growth

Superior Wellness is pleased to announce the acquisition of the ongoing trading business of Portuguese manufacturer Portcril. Superior Wellness is the parent brand of several popular hot tub, ice bath and sauna brands, including its flagship Platinum Spas brand, its most premium AquaSolus brand, the Hekla brand, and its Chill Tubs brand, a response to the major ice bath trend.

The company has a robust network of over 500 retail partners worldwide. The addition of Portcril to its offer is an extension of its international presence, and aims to provide high-quality wellness products to its customers worldwide.
