At the heart of Pentair Pool Europe's strategy is the commitment to enhancing customer experience by simplifying services and optimizing tools for pool professionals. The seminar covered several key topics, including:

  • The simplification of the PIP program, designed to reward the loyalty of pool builders,
  • New products and marketing tools planned for 2025 and 2026,
  • Trends in the European pool market and the importance of adapting the offer to industry developments.

The seminar took place at the Romentino logistics center, a key hub for Pentair Pool Europe's operations. Located near Milan, this site consolidates all equipment manufactured in the brand's European production facilities.

Among these key products:

  • Filters manufactured in Herentals (Belgium), including the well-known Triton,
  • Pumps, automation, and water treatment systems, such as Maestro, IntelliPool, and Soleo, produced in Pisa (Italy).

These products pass through the Romentino center before being shipped to Pentair Pool Europe's partners across the region.

During the seminar, teams also had the opportunity to meet Gianni Campi, the site manager, and gain insights into how this logistics center plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient deliveries.
