TINTOMETER has launched this year an updated generation of its successful SCUBA II, in the Lovibond® Water Testing range.
The Scuba’s instruments use a similar technology to that used for pool water testing at public pools. Test results are displayed on a digital screen rather than viewed manually and the device is easier handling.
The new version of this digital pool tester now also measures Bromine (0.2-13.5 mg/l Br2) next to Chlorine (free, combined, total), pH-value, Alkalinity (Carbonate hardness), Cyanuric Acid (when using organic Chlorine).
The housing is optimized so that the user related errors, like an insufficiently locked battery compartment lid are not possible anymore.
Here is an overview on the tests and ranges offered: Chlorine (free): 0.1-6 mg/l Cl2 Chlorine (total): 0.1-6 mg/l Cl2 - pH-value: 6.5-8.4 pH - Cyanuric Acid: 1-160 mg/l Alkalinity-m: 0-300 mg/l CaCO3 - Bromine: 0.2-13.5 mg/l Br2.
Users can download a Free Balanced Water App for iOS or Android on line.
