COVREX® is proud to announce the results of tests carried out on the slats of its pool cover, the Covrex® Classic, attesting that these slats have "the highest insulation on the market".

Well aware that insulation has become one of the predominant criteria when purchasing a swimming pool, the manufacturer has developed a unique technology that enables it to propose these foam filled slats in the pool cover market.

In order to prove the remarkable insulation performance of these slats, Covrex® carried out a comparative test between this slat and a hollow slat.
The results have shown that while the pool is being heated, it reaches a given temperature 10% faster with the Covrex® Classic than with conventional slats. In plain terms, the user will consume 10% less energy for heating the pool to 28° C or 30° C.

Also, when it comes to maintaining the pool's temperature, differences of up to 30% were recorded. That is, power consumed is 30% lower when using this foam filled slat model!
