After closing their doors on the 2016 event on Tuesday afternoon, the team behind Hot Tub Living Expo has received good feedback from exhibitors on the quality of the customers attending the event.

HOT TUB LIVING EXPO

Exhibitors were able to spend quality time with key decision makers and not only generated new business but secured and strengthened existing accounts.

Delivering an independent show for the wet leisure industry, the hard work and effort put in by exhibitors meant that there was a great mix of products and services on show including new technologies, innovations and a host of ancillary products.

There were a series of free seminars over the 2 open days including technical presentations, open forums and discussions, debates plus marketing and promotional talks.

The event also introduced a Marketplace area this year which allowed a mix of non-conflicting companies to promote their products at the show in a rather unique setting, allowing new brands and products to be introduced to the industry.

Several companies onsite brought completely new products into the UK and launched new divisions of their existing business – Chris Brady from 1 Stop Spas, who had never exhibited at an event before commented:

It was a big leap forward for us to exhibit in a trade show for the first time as a supplier, however, despite the low exhibitor numbers, the quality of the visitors was exceptional.

We had an amazing show and have generated a good deal of new business and the Expo was the perfect base to launch SpaTech Training.

Thank you for your support in the lead up to the show and during. It is a challenge to put it all together in such a way that the Expo went without a hitch. We met some fantastic new faces in the industry and old
.”

Additionally, the UK Pool & Spa Awards coincided with the Expo meaning that key industry faces could combine business and pleasure whilst networking with the very best of the companies involved in the provision of water leisure in Great Britain.

The organising team behind the show (NEW Events Ltd.) also announced some exciting news of their own whilst onsite.
Since they launched the event in this sector in 2013 they have constantly strived to improve the exhibition arena for the wet leisure industry.

Always listening to both Exhibitors and Visitors and constantly adapting a solution to meet both needs. With their continued dedication to this industry and again listening to the wider industry they announced that:

Hot Tub Living Expo will be combining with Leisure Industry Week in 2017

to take place on the 12th & 13th September 2017 in Hall 1 of the NEC.

Leisure Industry Week is a complete event covering all elements of the leisure industry and they are delighted to bring the wet leisure sector back to it as an integrated show.  LIW currently attracts over 7,000 visitors of which many will have an interest in the purchase of wet leisure products.

Through the combination of the two events exhibitors will have access not only to the current visitors of dealers, retailers and installers but also to a much wider audience from the commercial leisure market including owners and operators of Hotels, Leisure Centres, Country Clubs, Local Authorities, Holiday Parks, Health Clubs and Spas, Rehabilitation Centres, Sports Clubs, Schools and Colleges as well as Pool Installers, Architects and Property Developers.

Visitors will benefit from seeing a much larger event and a host of complimentary products and services in the adjoining sectors, enhancing their visitor experience.
